Holywell Veterinary Centre is a modern veterinary practice designed to feel calm, approachable, and trustworthy, offering a softer alternative to traditional clinical environments.
The project involved developing a complete visual identity system and digital presence for a new clinic entering a competitive local market. The aim was to create a brand that felt reassuring for pet owners while maintaining a clear sense of professionalism and medical credibility.
The visual direction is built around a soft turquoise and light blue palette, chosen to communicate cleanliness, calmness, and care. This is paired with rounded typography and generous spacing to reduce the clinical feel often associated with veterinary services, creating a more human and welcoming tone across all touchpoints.
I designed a cohesive set of digital and campaign assets, including a responsive website, social media templates, and promotional offer pages. The website was structured to prioritise clarity and ease of navigation, ensuring pet owners can quickly access key information and booking options, particularly in urgent situations.
Across all touchpoints, the system was designed to remain flexible and consistent, supporting both day-to-day communication and promotional activity without losing the core brand tone.
The final outcome is a cohesive veterinary brand system that balances warmth and professionalism, positioning Holywell as a calm, reliable presence in the pet care space.
